Our packaging and delivery system.

Our pottery are shipped in a specially designed box to ensure no breakage during delivery.
The box is cushioned with excelsior foam and bubble pack to preserve the pottery from breakage. Pottery are arranged as shown in our description, carefully wrapped.
BahtSign.Com ships all online shop order via The Kangaroo Express Courier (door-to-door service). After your order has been processed it will take approximately 5 to 8 working days to arrive, depending on destination. Upon shipping you will be notified via e-mail of your order's shipping detail. We must stress that all deliveries must be made to a physical address and strictly NO P.O.BOX or MAILBOX addresses will be accepted.

Any import taxes & duties ?

Customer are responsible for all duties and import taxes. This cost is not calculated into the cost of your purchases. However, import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. The Kangaroo Express Courier company appointed would handle the custom clearance and deliver right to your door step.
